France beat Belgium 1-0 on Thursday to reach the quarter-finals of Euro 2024. Randal Kolo Muani scored the only goal of the game in the 55th minute, deflecting in a low cross from Kylian Mbappé. France will now face Spain in the quarter-finals on Sunday.
The match was a close affair, with both teams having chances to win. Belgium had the better of the first half, but France came out stronger in the second half and deserved the win.
Kylian Mbappé was once again France's star player, causing the Belgium defense all sorts of problems. He set up the goal for Kolo Muani and had several other chances to score himself.
